**Job Scope**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with aftersales customer, service administrative tasks, including packing of gifts for clients etc.
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Students are welcomed too

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive and engaging
- Responsible and communicative
- MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Strong English proficiency and confident phone manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
