Job Title: Personal Assistant to Realtor

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Location: Chinatown

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and managing real estate paperwork, including contracts, agreements, and reports.

Schedule and coordinate property viewings for clients.

Prepare handover reports and ensure proper documentation for property transactions.

Update and maintain property listings on the website and other real estate platforms.

Design marketing materials and presentations using Canva.

Handle simple telecommunications tasks, including answering inquiries and following up with clients.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy retrieval.

Provide general administrative support to the realtor as needed.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience using Canva for basic design and marketing materials.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in real estate or administrative roles is a plus.

High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
