**PA Duties**

**- **Proper Filing for all Expenses/ Income/ Other Documents accordingly to respective files.
- Making travel arrangements ie booking of air tickets, top up of portable wifi, etc
- Attend to all ad-hoc requests.

**Administrative Duties**:

- All administrative matters and facilities of the institute as assigned
- Handle incoming and outgoing logistics
- Any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned
- Processing of accounts and payments, review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payments
- Handles all inter-companies transactions
- Generate sales invoices and official receipts
- Prepare monthly customer invoices and follow up on payment
- Process supplier invoices, and prepare payment voucher/ cheque payment
- Any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma and above in Business Management
- At least 1 year working experience in similar position
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic bookkeeping or good in numbers
- Mature, self-motivated, independent and hardworking
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of staff, handle cross department issues and participate actively in staff/operation meetings.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Oral & Written)
- Immediate or short notice availability preferred

Other Information
- Working Location : Chinatown
- 5.5 day work week, Mon to Fri: 9am
- 5.30pm, Alt Sat: 9am-1pm

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,100.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Personal assistant experience: 1 year (preferred)
