**What you will do**:

- Build excellent relationship with existing customers to increase referrals, renewals, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Connect with existing customers to ensure continued education and success in their journey with us
- Build and maintain customer success stories library
- Administer customer surveys regularly and recommend improvements to the business head
- Create and manage customer lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain customer engagement and advocacy programme. Grow new customer advocates

**Who we seek**:

- Degree in Arts / Social Sciences / Humanities, or Marketing / Communications, Business or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in digital marketing
- Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and programmes that promote engagement and advocacy
- Ability to write effective copy
- Knowledge in financial markets, or experience in investing & trading is a plus
