With a strong background in the advertising, digital or marketing sectors, the Director ensures the smooth production of campaigns - from co-creation of publications, content to briefing stakeholders, designers, copywriters and media partners, to managing budgets and a team of project managers and executives.

The Director is primarily responsible for the management of relationships with stakeholders and content contributors. The Director co-ordinates the resources needed to support projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of stakeholders with the execution of creative work and ideas for Social Ground Initiatives.

Social Ground, by Montfort Care, is intended to create awareness and empower social discourse on targeted social and community issues through innovative public education and advocacy, while laying the foundation for coming generations of social service workers through mentorship and upskilling programmes.

Key Role Description
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production, inventory and distribution of all Social Ground publications, initiatives and campaigns
- Coordinate media interest in social issues and ensure regular contact with target media
- Strengthen media relations and prepare appropriate responses to media requests
- Leverage on social media platforms for advocacy purposes
- Act as the organisation's representative with the media
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media for advocacy purposes.
- Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events

Key Requirements
- Experience developing and executing PR strategies, campaigns and plans
- A strong background in advertising, design or marketing
- The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective team management capabilities
- A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $9,100.00 - $10,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
