**About the Team**:

We consistently raise the bar in customer experience by utilising lean thinking and creative problem-solving to drive improvement initiatives and innovative delivery solutions.
- Work closely with local counterparts in each market to understand their business problems, scaling factors, and boundary conditions
- Drive adoption of Standard Operating Procedures and best practices across the region-wide Shopee Xpress network to ensure standardisation of processes
- Conduct process walkthroughs to understand "as-is" processes and identify operational control gaps that would pose risks to the business
- Communicate ideas and key findings in a logical and structured manner to senior management and other stakeholders
- Guide stakeholders and obtain management buy-in to recommendations
- Lead local market implementation addressing specific nuances and other requirements unique to the market
- Facilitate coordination of tasks across various stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and local operations teams.
- Develop project plans, track project progress, ensure projects reach expected goals, and do quality time management
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Professional project management experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to view different aspects of a project from a macro perspective while having an eye for detail
- Familiar with stakeholder management and project management
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, able to work in a dynamic work environment
- Data-driven, detail oriented with good organization and time keeping skills
- Proven team player and ability to work independently while managing multiple projects/assignments
