Regional Euc Lead

**Who we’re looking for**

We’re looking for an experienced End-User Computing (EUC) Lead with demonstrated skill and knowledge in supporting end user technologies, providing technical support and manage the APAC EUC operations team.

Reporting directly to the APAC EUC Manager, you will supervise and manage the EUC team in Singapore and rest of APAC locations by overseeing the support activities, operations, technical services, and architecture planning for all the end points environments across APAC.

This role will cover core business hours and requires a flexible and priority driven work approach as service escalations will require immediate response. Some activities may need to be performed outside core business hours or during weekends. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other colleagues, IT suppliers and partners locally, within region and globally.

We are located at CapitaGreen, which is one of the greenest office buildings in the Singapore business district.

**What you’ll do**
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of all IT End User Computing Services to business users in Singapore and across APAC offices
- Manage the provision of end user support provided by regional IT Service Desk/Desktop Support vendor (supervision desktop engineers), manage workload and coverage required to support the business including hiring
- Resolves customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimize business impact
- Handling day-to-day IT operations and follow the defined Service management processes to ensure operations SLAs and individual KPIs are met
- Responsible for procurement of all desktops, laptop and end user peripheral devices and specific end user software and provide guidance to rest of APAC teams
- Management of inventory of IT equipment using appropriate IT inventory management systems with adherence to the process ensure equipment and service agreements are kept under warranty/support and manage equipment refresh cycle
- Maintaining budget for end user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, accessories) and associated services (including data plans for mobile phones) across APAC estate
- Produces and analyses management reports to allocate work, identify recurring issues and work on remediation measures
- Defining operational service support processes such as Service Level Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Availability Management and Capacity Management and enforce across the teams
- Provides clear, concise, and relevant communication to the team to ensure clarity of objectives and outputs required
- To ensure information technology and management are in line with agreed strategy and in compliance with regulations and Group IT policies. Provide support on annual Global Internal Audit (GIA) on site review
- Manage the relationships with external vendors, ensuring contracts and service levels are negotiated and ongoing service is in line with agreed contracts.
- Understand and adhere to relevant Schroders Group policies and procedures. Ensure that the policies and procedures are enforced
- Drives continuous improvements initiatives locally and regionally including improving customer satisfaction

T **he knowledge, experience and qualifications you'll need**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in end user computing, service management and architecture planning.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a regional team in banking/finance industry
- Experience with Windows 10/11, O365, Microsoft Active Directory, Application Deployment, End Point Encryption, desktop antivirus, wireless technology, office automation software, printing solutions and mobile device management
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL processes and IMAC process
