
HR & Admin Manager

**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage an effective and responsive HR & Admin Department with 4 direct reports.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, i.e., recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and talent engagement.
- Ensure department is compliant with all systems and regulations requirements.
- Lead company event planning and ad hoc HR projects.
- Support senior management and line leaders.
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder or above.
- HR & Admin managerial and team management experience in a hybrid workforce (white and blue-collar) organization.
- Experience in construction or process sector is highly preferred.
