**The Job**

In your role, you will be assisting the Partnerships team in creating partnership proposals,
improving process flows, conducting B2B outreach to support the event experience team at
Mighty Jaxx, and will work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth operational
processes.

**Responsibilities**

- Assist the team with Event Corporate Bookings, including sourcing and
- qualification of leads and on-site experience support- Assist on screening potential business deals and managing due diligence by
- analysing market strategies, deal requirements and financials- Evaluate the market potential and risks of the deal by looking up sales data,
- conducting market analysis, making comparisons with similar products- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing and

Creative teams, to align business development e
- orts with overall company
objectives
- Optimise Partnership Operations
- Review internal process flows for partnerships, including cadence of team
- syncs, tools (setting up a central partnerships directory)- Review tools used in partnership operations, including partnerships pipeline

**Requirements**:
