Castlery is looking for a Brand Partnerships Intern to join our Marketing Team

Based here in our Singapore HQ, the Partnerships team is responsible for driving brand awareness through strategic collaborations with brands, influencers and partners in Singapore, Australia, and the United States. As our Brand Partnerships Intern, you will assist in developing and executing various marketing campaigns with brand partners across the 3 markets we are in.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Identify and support with reaching out to like-minded and prospective brands across US, AU and SG markets.
- Work with other marketing stakeholders to execute various marketing initiatives to partner up with brands on Instagram and TikTok, across key markets.
- Brainstorm and suggest brand partnership content direction to build brand awareness and create top-of-mind recall towards Castlery.
- Prepare partnership pitches and briefs for the respective internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate inbound enquiries from brands and/or influencers in a timely manner for brand fit, while maintaining a positive relationship.
- Assist with monthly reports.
- Any other job duties or ad-hoc projects that are pertaining to the scope within the Partnerships team.

**What you'll need**:

- Undergraduates or graduates majoring in Marketing/Communications or related fields.
- A strong knowledge of various social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- A strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated, organised and meticulous team player.
- Ability to take ownership of work, and manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently.
- Able to commit full-time/part time (min. 3 days a week) for **a minimum of 3 months**.
