**Corporate Brand Partnership Lead**

The role is to lead the Corporate Brand Partnership team.

The team is responsible for managing Corporate Brand Partnerships, focusing on strategy, implementation, and maintenance. Their key roles include:

- Corporate Brand Partnership Developer: Develops strategies for brand activation, promoting ESG & Impact Investing through partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
- Corporate Brand Partnership Translator: Articulates the brand's proposition to partners, creates key messaging pillars, and updates partnership kits.
- Corporate Brand Partnership Guardian: Ensures cross-functional alignment in partnership strategies and initiatives across the organization.
- Corporate Brand Partnership Strategist: Monitors market trends, provides insights for strategy adjustments, and identifies collaboration opportunities.
- Corporate Brand Ambassador: Leads brand positioning with partners, sponsors, and collaborators to enhance the brand’s impact.
- Corporate Brand Messenger: Collaborates with PR & Marketing to create content that promotes the brand.
- Corporate Brand Partnership Manager: Implements and manages the partnership strategy, oversees relationships, negotiates agreements, and ensures effective delivery and ROI on partnerships.
- Community Builder: Works with the events team to curate networking events, manages partner relationships, and maintains a strong network.

**Requirements**:
10+ years of experience in corporate brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaboration with institutions, NGOs, government entities, and community organizations.

Exposure in ESG, sustainability, and impact investing.

Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills are needed, along with international experience and cultural sensitivity
