**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Homage, a leading caregiving and health solution provider, is excited to offer an internship opportunity as a Partnerships Intern in Singapore.

This role is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience for motivated and enthusiastic students interested in exploring the dynamic field of partnerships, strategic operations and healthcare.

As a Partnerships intern, you will be involved in creating, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with partner organizations within the healthcare sector. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of business development, account management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic operations

The duration of the internship will be for a minimum of 4 months.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Account Management Operations
- Assist key account manager in servicing partner organizations, contributing to ongoing engagement and ensuring partner success
- Identify opportunities for process and operations improvement

Business Development Research and Analysis
- Conduct research on relevant topics to support business development initiatives
- Assist in data collection and analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making
- Summarize research findings into clear and concise memos for team reference
- Assist in preparation of presentations for pitching and deal negotiations

Partnerships Operations and Enablement
- Assist in building of Partnerships Operations and Processes Content Library
- Assist in designing of and consistency of Partnerships assets

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Requirements**:

- Completed GCE A Levels or Polytechnic Diploma (awaiting university)
- Strong interest in strategic operations, partnerships, account management and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills preferred
- Exposure to or interest in the healthcare industry
