HR & Admin Assistant

**Human Resources**:
- Check employee benefits such as leaves, medical, dental, insurance etc.
- Source for and register training courses for employees when requested.
- Ensure that newly hired employees are properly oriented about the company and its policies.
- Ensure exit clearance are completed for resigned employees
- Assist with maintaining the HR insurances such as workmen injury compensation, & hospitalisation and surgical insurances.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining the interns’ personnel files, agreements and relevant documents.
- Liaise with schools’ lecturers in-charge for the recruitment of students.
**Administrative**:
- Ensure the Fixed Assets are properly tagged and recorded in the Assets Listing.
- Manage the trademark & patent registration and renewal.
- Prepare for claim submission for Chairman and managers.
- Check the employees’ expense claims.
- Assist in maintaining the company insurance, such as fire, theft, public liability, product liability and commercial vehicles.
- Ensure the HR Admin, Admin, IT and Corp Sec servers are up-to-date and filed properly.
- Organise company events such as monthly birthday celebrations, annual D&D, sports event, 7th month.
- Assist in pantry and toiletries orders.
- Answer calls and attend to guests
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR & Admin experience.
- Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Team player with excellent communicate skills.
- Knowledge in Info-tech HRM system is a plus.
