**Territory Manager, Structural Heart**:
- Remote Eligible: Field Based- Onsite Location(s): Singapore, SGThis Territory Manager position is for our Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart (SH) business. We are looking for someone with a strong clinical aptitude who can work in a team environment and possesses good sales skills. This is an exciting time to join our IC team as we launch exciting and new products to the market. In SH, we offer technologies such as TAVI valve, Left appendage closure device, carotid protection system and transseptal technologies. The Territory Manager will provide expert clinical and technical support and training to physicians, CathLab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of our products during case procedures, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
The Territory Manager needs to possess strong sales, business planning and clinical skills as to sell and promote company products, achieve customer satisfaction and, drive growth within a defined territory. This will be accomplished by developing new accounts and expanding usage of company products within current accounts to meet company objectives and sales goals.
**Responsibilities**
- Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, physician trainings and allied healthcare workers trainings
- Educates customers and internal BSC employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to keep all abreast of the latest product and technology developments for the SH portfolio
- Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support, trainings, and CMEs
- Provide ongoing and appropriate clinical and technical training and support to customers directly
- Visit customers and/or potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and promote our products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager
- Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager
- Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (consignment, etc)
- Cultivate strong business relationship with wide range of stakeholders including hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff
- Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions
- Will be required to develop advanced clinical knowledge and skillset eg clinical knowledge of TAVI and LAAC, ultrasound measurements, CT measurements, using of CT measurement software
- Develop sales skillset and manage inventory, forecasts, billings, tenders, and quotations
- Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools
- To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
**Key Skills & Experiences**
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering or Nursing degree in specialty area
- Strong ability to engage and interact with customers in a variety of settings including tradeshows / conferences, market research, advisory boards, and field interactions
- Be able to attend cases and provide support in the operating room
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
