Janssen Asia Pacific is recruiting for a Commercial Director & Integrated Value Team Lead, Autoantibody. This role will:

- Drive the Asia-Pacific commercial strategy for a transformative treatment option with opportunities across a range of rare diseases in the Immunology, Neuroscience and Hematology space
- Lead regional cross-functional team and work in close collaboration with colleagues from multiple therapeutic areas across the Asia-Pacific operating companies and Global organization to understand the market for autoantibody diseases and ensure access for our patients
- Influence our global asset development plan to address the needs of Asia Pacific customers, as well as guide the short to mid-term commercial plans
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic business plan, customized to meet region needs while aligning to company, franchise, portfolio and brand strategies, which delivers compliant product sales growth and volume objectives, while effectively addressing the unique needs of the region
- Leverage available data and omnichannel approach to support the execution of business strategies and engage stakeholders to deliver positive results
- Drive commercial initiatives for autoantibody diseases for the region
- Coordinate efforts with business partners across the region and global to accelerate development efforts, deliver customer excellence and drive growth
- Proactively lead the team in achieving and exceeding goals
- Consistently strive to achieve performance excellence

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
- A Master’s Degree in a related field or an MBA is preferred
- Experience in Neuroscience, Immunology, Hematology or Rare Diseases
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capability is required
- A minimum of eight (8) years in Strategic Marketing, Commercial Development and/or New Product Planning experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry is required
- Ability to travel up to 50% travel which may include overnights and/or weekends in support of the business is required
