About EDB
The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), a government agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry, is responsible for strategies that enhance Singapore’s position as a global centre for business, innovation, and talent. We undertake investment promotion and industry development, and work with international businesses, both foreign and local, by providing information, connection to partners and access to government incentives for their investments. About the Team
EDB’s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team spearheads EDB’s efforts in brand management, digital marketing, content/social media marketing and events and partnerships to establish Singapore as a trusted location for international investments.
**[What you will be working on]**
**Campaign execution and localization**
- Manage integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels. This involves campaign strategy and planning; production and execution; performance reporting; and stakeholder/vendor management
- Localize the Singapore business brand in one or more of our key markets, including Germany, Japan, Singapore, the UK and the US. This involves working with EDB’s international offices in those locations on online and offline activations
**Brand strategy**
- Propose changes to the Singapore business brand in line with EDB’s wider industry development strategy, and translate these suggestions into EDB’s brand campaigns
- Support meetings, workshops, and consultations with EDB senior management and representatives from other government agencies on the direction of the Singapore business brand
**Brand governance and proliferation**
- Commission, govern, and drive adoption of Brand SG and EDB assets and toolkits, including visual assets, design templates, and merchandise
**[What we are looking for]**
Get in touch if you have:
- A degree in relevant disciplines including, but not limited to Marketing, New Media, and Mass Communication
- Minimum 5 years’ brand marketing experience, preferably in B2B or public sector, as part of a marketing agency or as part of a corporate/government brand marketing team
- Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns spanning paid, owned, and earned channels
- Experience supervising and working with marketing vendors such as creative agencies and market research firms
- (preferred) Experience with Singapore government procurement processes
