Established in 2017, SKYLINE CATERING PTE. LTD. is always holding the spirit of teamwork, dedication, and innovation for its corporate goals. It introduces the brand TANYU into southeast Asia and opens five outlets in Singapore and one outlet in Malaysia, it also manages a central warehouse of 6500 sqft and a head office of 2500 sqft.
SKYLINE CATERING has a promising future, and it strives to serve as a bridge between the Southeast Asia region and outstanding catering companies in China and even around the world.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branding Manager to join our team. As a Branding Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the presence of our new brand, Nong Geng Ji, in the Singapore market. Nong Geng Ji is a renowned restaurant brand that specializes in authentic Hunan cuisine, showcasing the rich culture of Hunan that established in Shenzhen in 2017. Nong Geng Ji has garnered popularity among locals due to its commitment to quality ingredients and the heritage of Hunan culinary techniques. As a Branding Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing the company's management objectives and business policies, as well as establishing an effective organizational management system.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Expand the market presence of the Nong Geng Ji brand in Singapore.
2. Develop the company's management objectives and business policies.
3. Establish and implement an effective organizational management system.
4. Oversee the daily operations and management of our company-owned restaurants.
5. Lead the selection and development of talents within the organization.
6. Analyzing data for trends, insights, and information
7. Advising multiple teams on branding strategy
8. Communicating with marketing teams to ensure brand alignment
9. Managing projects through various stages of development
10. Managing budgets to support branding efforts
11. Maintaining relationships with company stakeholders
**Requirements**:
l Proven experience in brand management and marketing strategies.
l A minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in Hunan cuisine
l With in-depth knowledge about the Nong Geng Ji brand development history & business strategies.
l At least 15 years experiences in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
l Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
l Relocation and frequent overseas travel are necessary.
