**Client Experience Associate**

**SUMMARY**:
Our client is currently looking for a Client Experience Associate who will provide sales support to the sales team, execute marketing and events initiatives to enable client to project the best possible brand and image throughout the market, and create a premium experience for visitors and client members in their spaces.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Providing general assistance to the local sales team.
-Support the sales team where required in preparation of quotations and tender responses.
-Support Sales Manager and sales team in diary management.
-Serve as local “Brand Ambassador” to implement regional marketing activities, brand collateral,
-messaging.
-Manage quarterly marketing calendar for all brand-related activities (in conjunction with Brand Marketing) within local market and execute/localize events with sales teams.
-Execute local (or sub regional) events including space booking, catering, entertainment, event announcements, gifts, and invite lists.
-Maintain showroom so it is in-line with regional brand standards including opening and closing routine, inventory management (on and off-site), pantry and stationery supplies, showroom maintenance and cleaning contractors, security, and product mock-ups. Provide a premium experience for all visitors and company members in the space. Liaise with café operator/caterers (where applicable) to deliver brand-aligned service excellence.
-Ensure that the material library in the showroom is up to date.
-Assist sales team when required showroom visitors by conducting tours and attending to inquiries and requests.
-Be responsible for the online shop sales target. This includes online promotion and servicing of walk in B2C customers.
-Liaise with sales team to ensure CRM includes up to date information for key customers, influencers and local media contacts. Update showroom visits and provide reporting to Sales Manager.
-Be present to welcome visitors to the showroom and manage inbound telephone calls to the showroom.
-Any other adhoc task assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Diploma in Business Administration or marketing/design/advertising or equivalent desired
-Experience in hospitality, event planning, marketing preferred
-Sales support experience desirable
-Knowledge of hospitality and events management is preferred.
-High intrapersonal skills/EQ
-Ability to multi-task with a high level of proficiency and autonomy
-Strong organisational skills
