About the Role

We're seeking personable and motivated individuals to join us as Client Associates. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh grads who want to gain hands-on experience working with clients, supporting campaigns and developing strong communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist clients with follow-ups and basic inquiries
  • Support client engagement campaigns, workshops and events
  • Maintain accurate client records and update databases
  • Help with digital communications such as WhatsApp or email
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth client experiences
