Roles & Responsibilities Client Relationship Associate A client relationship associate is responsible for client relationships before and after the sale process is complete. The candidate handles a variety of queries in person, on the telephone and via emails as they relate to all transactional aspects of bidding, buying, selling and post-sale activities. He /she continues to work with customers to keep them up to date on products and services to maintain that relationship. The client relationship associate -- along with the specialist department, and marketing teams -- plays an integral part in providing and maintaining exceptional client service standards. This position requires excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills as well as a good teamwork. Responsibilities include: · Provide excellent client services to clients throughout the whole client journey, i.e. from pre-sale to post-sale. · Implement customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities to generate revenue or upselling. · Create positive relationships with new clients to help build the customer base. · Handle internal and external clients’ enquiries across all communication channels (in-person, phone calls and emails) in a timely, accurate and professional manner. · Greet and assist clients at Front of House and escalate issues to relevant departments as appropriate. · Manage post-sales teams to provide shipping services and address customer complaints relating to products and service. · Manage customer communications relating to new products and services. · Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to personalize marketing and sales interactions. · Reinforce customer loyalty. · Ensure customer satisfaction. · Use social media to engage with customers. · Understand the competition.
