Accounts / Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling day-to-day financial transactions and operations;
- Assist in handling full sets of account;
- Responsible for payments, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables functions including data entries;
- Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts and management reports;
- Prepare and key in journal entries or related for general ledgers
- Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory and legislative requirements;
- Handle HR functions - Payroll, CPF, IR8A, recruitment and all HR related duties;
- Assist in overall office administration duties;
- Assist in preparing of quotation, tax invoices, PO. DO as and when required;
- Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior or management.
Requirement:
- Minimum O-Level
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Words & Excel
- Discipline and hardworking attitude
- Strong analytical, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, organized, multi-tasker, able to work independently and a pro-active team player.
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
