**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Optimise members’ usage of all WOA Hangar66 infrastructure, resources and services, including aircraft, F&B, event spaces, etc.
- Maximise members’ utilisation of WOA aircraft fleet
- Be the primary customer service representative for all WOA members - enquiries, flying activity scheduling, coordination with WOA internal departments, complaint resolution, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date and most current member database
- Proactively understand members’ current and future needs & requirements
- Follow established processes for flying and member engagement activities
- Develop and refine WOA membership engagement services and activities which align to their needs & requirements
- Develop and maintain membership retention programs & initiatives
- Lead marketing/engagement communication with members across various platforms, including a regular e-Newsletter
- Develop member engagement offering’s marketing collaterals, including copywriting
- Report membership services KPIs and other updates to WOA management regularly
- Any other duties as assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or similar
- Experience: 2-5 years of related experience in customer service
- Strong desire to learn and takes pride in the delivered work and results
- Strong administration organisational skills
- Process orientated mindset is highly desired
- Confidence in dealing with people of all backgrounds
- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills.
- Able to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
- Pleasant, courteous and outgoing personality with lots of smiles
- Good spoken and written English with Mandarin as second language
- Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently requiring mínimal direction
- Very strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management skills
