Job Title: Membership Services Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Membership Services Executive. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, and have prior experience in organising events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain an up-to-date database of members, ensuring accurate and timely information.
2. Handle enquiries and correspondences from members, providing prompt and courteous responses.
3. Process membership applications, withdrawals, and billing for subscription payments.
4. Generate management reports on membership and event matters, highlighting key trends and insights.
5. Collaborate with committees to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Possess at least a relevant diploma or degree and 1 year of relevant working experience.
2. Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
4. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
5. Able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset.
