This role encompasses a broad range of communications work including corporate marketing, crisis communications, and reputation management. The incumbent will focus primarily on media relations and digital communications.

ROLE

Media relation and engagement
- Craft news releases, responses to media queries, seek corporate profile opportunities, pitch stories to media, manage press conferences, interviews and events
- Spearhead media outreach efforts through ongoing engagement of existing contacts and cultivations of new media contacts and maintain database

Integrated communications
- Craft and develop corporate and business announcement, collaterals, extending the content and messaging across owned and paid digital channels
- Collaborate with team members to enhance reach of issued media statements and interviews and feature opportunities
- Activate brand storytelling techniques to transform corporate milestones and development into compelling narratives to reach various stakeholders

Crisis management/Strategic tactical communications
- Tap digital and social media intelligence in identifying potential crisis as well as tracking of coverage and mentions across all media and digital platforms
- Manage the dissemination of crisis communication across all digital platforms

REQUIREMENT
- Degree in communications or relevant discipline
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in broad range of communications
- Experienced and skilled in digital content development, brand storytelling and analytics
- Success in optimizing performance of digital/social media assets and content
- Strong media contacts
- Adept at writing and development content for media, print and social media
- Excellent time and project management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
