**Corporate Communications Manager**

Evaluate, design and implement regular and appropriate corporate communications initiatives by executing internal and external programs in accordance with the overall public relations strategies and programs.
- Manage media inquiries and requests by drafting messages that meet the objectives of the communication goals with the help of the Public Relations agency
- Assist in planning, implementing and controlling all public relations activities in accordance with overall public relations strategies and programs
- Evaluate, design and implement regular and appropriate public relations initiatives through close liaison and effective management of the appointed Public Relations Agency, in order to further promote the Company’s brand, image and social responsibility to the public at large
- Develop and implement community and environmental awareness projects
- Draft key messages, talking points, media briefs, speeches, and other communication materials with the support of the Public Relations agency.
- Review and approve press releases prior to regional approval
- Evaluate, organize and implement press events and sponsorships
- Monitor implementation of communications programs to maximize press and media coverage, thus building up corporate image
- Responsible for intranet site content management and maintenance
- Support regional corporate communications initiatives and cascade within country

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication (or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a marketing or advertising environment, working in a service-related industry
- Fully conversant with the requirements of the media and trade organizations.
- Strong relationship builder with emphatic personality
- A self-starter who is able to take up projects and work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to keep projects on track
- Sound analytical skills
- Sound knowledge in office software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
