**The Role Responsibilities**

- Support the Bank’s graduate and internship hiring programs

Sourcing and Selection
- (Where possible) conducting pure research and name generation activities;
Process Coordination and stakeholder management
- Key liaison between shared services team (GPS) and People team including Talent Acquisition Partners and People Operations & Risk Specialist.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs, coaching them to deliver best practice recruitment and prompt feedback, ensuring that credibility is earned quickly and the role holder is sought out for advice and engaged at the outset of all recruitment;
Reporting & System Management
- Support in People administrative matters.

Transformation
- Be part of the core team that is responsible for the review of People processes in the bank, with priority to Talent Acquisition.
- Lead the build of new and fit for purpose People processes for the bank, with the intent to introduce new model of People support for digital banks in GPS and sets the standard for GPS team in future years.
- 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience and has extensive experience in GPS/ shared service teams
- Able to deal with high recruitment volumes, managing multiple vacancies at any time across a variety of disciplines;
- Ability to deal with conflict, and remain positive when under pressure;
- Customer-focused approach with sound reasoning skills and the ability to screen and interview applicants while making sound judgments on suitability for the role / organization;
- Experienced in process improvement and has been involved in transformation projects
- Strong project management skills
