**This is a permanent full-time position based in Sentosa.**

**Role Summary**

The Assistant Manager/Manager, MICE & Corporate Sales proactively solicits and generates sales opportunities for Resorts World Sentosa in the Corporate business groups and events segment. In this position you are responsible for generating and positively converting business events, group rooms, catering business and corporate bulk ticket purchases for attractions from the target clientele. You implement RWS sales strategy in all aspects of the sales process to drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. You will be involved with all day-to-day activities related to business development with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of company sales objectives, as well as your personal goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Solicit sales opportunities from both existing and prospect accounts
- Manage and deliver sales KPIs based on the assigned portfolio of Corporate Accounts
- Develop and maintain long term business relationships with clients by providing excellent and consistent sales service, following up on enquiries and building rapport
- Ensure Total Account Management and generate leads for all aspects of RWS business
- Stay informed on market and competition trends in order to maintain competitive advantage
- Participate in sales outreach events, trade/road shows and business-related activities as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate and Groups Sales in the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales skills and proven sales track record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $5,000.00 per month
