We are looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial individual to join us as New Channels Marketing Manager.
This is a newly created leadership role, specially designated to drive new channel diversification and experimentation in effort to achieve Castlery's overall sustainable growth. In this role, you will be overseeing the exploration, experimentation, and scaling of new marketing channels beyond the business-as-usual (BAU) channels.
**What you'll be doing**
- **Come up with the framework to evaluate, decide and test new channels.** With many possible channels and limited resources, it's critical to be able to identify and prioritize key channels to focus on. You will need to gather resources to drive market research, data collection, testing frameworks, and test implementation.
- **Experiment new channels.** Conduct experiments on new channels. Lead the creation of testing framework and executions to ensure testing hygiene and increased likelihood of success.
- **Scale new channels. **Once successful experiments of new channels, you will setup operational processes to scale the channel. These processes are typically new and you will need to collaborate with stakeholders to align.
- **Measure the impact of the Organic and New Channels. **Propose success metrics and identify measurement approaches to quantify channel success.
- **Leading and coaching the team to drive executional execellence.** As the company grows and evolves, people will also need to grow their capabilities. You will foresee the company's needs, know the potential and aspirations of people, and grow the team to the next level.
**What you'll need**
- Min. 4 years' of cross-functional marketing experience, preferably in (any 2 of) the marketing fields (Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce or Partnerships)
- Min. 1 year of managerial experience. An inspiring leader who can motivate the team to test new channels
- Experience in markets such as US, AU, SG is a plus
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to relate business context with customer's need, and ability to propose new strategies for growth.
- Passionate about data. Curious to dive deep into the meaning behind numbers., and use data to guide future decision and initiatives.
- You are a good balancer of strategic mindset and bias for action. You know when to think deeper and when to execute fast.
- Ability to identifying, prioritize and solve complex problems innovatively, and gathering resources to execute an idea
