**JOB SUMMARY**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the CIB Transformation team - a function which partners with colleagues to simplify, standardise and digitise our business.
- The role will closely collaborate with business domains to drive cross functional synergies and ensure the successful implementation of new initiatives.
- This position requires an individual is highly organised proactive and skilled at fostering effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- The scope of this role goes across CIB. It includes a blend of strategic thinking and execution, providing a great platform for career progression.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Strategy**
- Execution of the CIB Transformation agenda to deliver an operationally efficient, low-friction organisation.
- Establish and maintain a highly engaged working relationship with shared accountability across businesses/functions.
- Own, contribute and deliver project/ experiments as required to deliver change outcomes and innovate insight-based analyses.
- Ensure CIB compliance to overarching Enterprise Change Management and other governance processes as appropriate.
- Track financial benefits to ensure accurate planning and alignment to Corporate Plan. Tracking of productivity metrics to demonstrate improvement of overall performance.

**Business**
- Establish and maintain a highly engaged working relationship with shared accountability across businesses/functions
- Ensure traceability and clear metrics to demonstrate the achievements delivered.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities within the CCIB COO and associated functions.

**Processes**
- Manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the project team.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Develop and implement strategies for successful project delivery.
- Ensure that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Support a culture of habitual innovation within the team, champion use of human design thinking.

**People & Talent**
- Contribute to skills building initiatives, including the coaching and development of colleagues to support their development.

**Risk Management**
- Appropriately escalate and manage risks arising from Change initiatives
- Act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness becomes apparent and ensure they are addressed by Product Transformation leads within an appropriate timeframe and escalated through the relevant governance committee line with the banks policies

**Governance**
- Adherence to the Change Delivery Standards, perform tracking and monitoring with prompt course correction as required.
- Plan and participate in change governance forums as needed.

**Regulatory & Business Conduct**
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Embed ‘Here for Good’ and Group’s brand and Values in personal working practices
- Maintains high levels of integrity, motivation and morale.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies & procedures
- 8+ years of strong project management experience
- Education: Degree level - Finance/Management/Business/Accounting preferred
- Training: LUMA Human Centred Design (preferred)
- Certifications: PMP Qualified
