We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Specialist who is deeply aware of global social/digital trends, social media savvy, loves music and pop culture

This is a newly created team focused on breaking through K-Pop and K-culture driving communities, under the leadership of our K-Pop Music Marketing Lead. This would be a pivotal role, laying the ground-work for K-Pop music marketing operation and elevating Spotify’s role in a key global subculture.

What You'll Do
- Develop ideas, oversee content plans and calendars. Possess great understanding of global content and social media marketing nuances.
- Create bespoke content and drive content strategy across key projects through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Understanding Titkok trends, lead & drive regional Tiktok campaigns with markets, analyzing results.
- Lead & drive global influencer programs & campaigns with markets.
- Understand cultural nuances in SEA and which content /messaging/channels resonate bestOrganised, detailed oriented, ability to manage and coordinate timelines and project deliveries, end to end.
- Design and video production skills are a plus.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in a Marketing fieldYou bring a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the digital media environment in a similar B2B marketing role
- You are creative with proven experience in delivering one-of-a-kind and celebrated work
- You know how to work autonomously, as part of a small agile team and cross-functionally with different departments, both locally and internationally
- Proactive self-starter, willing to jump in and implement as well as to develop sound strategies
- Deep understanding of the K-Pop/K-Culture landscape, fluency in Korean language is preferred but not a must
- Ability to mix creativity with critical thinking and demonstrate strong organisational and prioritisation skills

Where You'll Be
- Our offices are currently closed due to COVID-19.
- Post COVID, while we will ask you to pop into the office from time to time, we are giving you the flexibility to work from home should you choose to do so.
- You will work out of our Singapore office.
