K-Pop Retail Expert

As a K-Pop Retail Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with fans, and promoting our products in a way that makes every customer feel like a VIP. Your role will involve working closely with our merch team to ensure our stores are always stocked with the latest and greatest K-pop merchandise.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of K-pop culture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
