This position requires experience and passion for marketing and the music industry, with a firm pulse on content and its cultural impact. This role will develop marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for genres including (but not limited to) K-Pop, all in support of driving relevance and brand love with consumers. You will craft strategy, campaign and media planning across several local markets and execution of coordinated campaigns.

The Marketing Lead can lead multiple projects simultaneously while handling challenging deadlines. You will have product marketing, program management and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to work independently under time constraints to deliver results. You will be reporting into the Director, Marketing based in Singapore.

What You'll Do
- Ideate, handle, and implement marketing strategy across music, podcasts and creators / artists to drive acquisition, engagement and advocacy of Spotify K-pop franchises globally
- Lead sophisticated, cross-functional product marketing go-to-market initiatives
- Partner closely with product teams to influence product roadmap and features that drive adoption and engagement
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research studies to advise product messaging and positioning, sharing insights and next steps with leadership
- Identify and pursue cross-category opportunities, partnering with teams across Brand, Product, Consumer Marketing, User Growth and Premium
- Support Marketing team across all brand initiatives and play a pivotal role in ensuring that all activities are relevant to the audience and deliver against brand attributes
- Use new or emerging trends to identify new customer audiences to drive adoption of Spotify K-Pop via new content experiences, including Live shows, podcasts, activations and more
- Represent as the K-Pop Marketing lead, reporting trends to leadership and cross-functional teams

Who You Are
- You bring at least 8-10+ years' experience in Consumer Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Marketing Strategy
- You have excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and you want to be at the forefront of building a new market category
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and high energy environment and become comfortable with occasional ambiguity and a standout colleague willing to pitch in whenever needed
- You are highly organized and detailed
- You are creative, innovative and constantly conceptualizing how to uniquely bring K-pop marketing campaigns to life
- You possess excellent communication and writing skills
- You are a bold, diligent and a fast learner who is eager to grow and make valuable contributions to Spotify
- You can work under pressure with imminent deadlines and can prioritize tasks in real-time
- You are proficient at using Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- You are willing to relocate to Singapore
