**You will be provided with our coach training and be equipped with the Vocal EXPRESSWAY® teaching system to enable you to be a proficient coach.**

**Key criteria**
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to play any given Pop songs without relying on sheet music/chord chart
- Accumulated at least 2 years of performing/teaching experiences.

**Remuneration and Benefits**:

- Monthly income averaging at $2,000 +/- (commit 3 to 4 days work-week)
- Fully sponsored training.
