**Teach Dance Classes**:Lead K-Pop dance classes for various skill levels, focusing on choreography, technique, and performance.

- **Prepare Class Plans**:Create structured lesson plans that cater to students’ abilities and goals, ensuring a fun and engaging learning environment.
- **Encourage Participation**:Motivate and inspire students to express themselves through dance, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- **Organize Performances**:Plan and coordinate showcases or recitals to provide students with opportunities to perform and demonstrate their skills.
- **Provide Feedback**:Offer constructive feedback to students to help them improve their dancing and build confidence.
- **Stay Updated**:Keep abreast of the latest K-Pop trends, music releases, and dance styles to incorporate into lessons.
- **Maintain Equipment**:Ensure that the studio space is safe, clean, and well-organized.
**Requirements**:
- **Dance Experience**:Proficiency in various dance styles, with a strong emphasis on K-Pop choreography.
- **Teaching Skills**:Previous experience teaching dance or working with students in a group setting is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
- **Passion for K-Pop**:A genuine interest in K-Pop culture, music, and dance.
