This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Group Human Capital’s Business Partnering team for Singapore. The incumbent can expect a fast-paced working environment where learning agility, creativity and flexibility will be required while ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support end-to-end hiring activities from hiring requests to onboarding administration.
- Support timely review of confirmations, contract renewals, transfers and retirement cases.
- Assist with offboarding matters such as exit clearance and exit interviews.
- Organise and facilitate periodic Group-level orientation, including coordination of plant tour and update of orientation deck as required.
- Assist in establishing and updating Group Human Capital policies, handbooks and procedures.
- Upkeep employee data and generate employee reports from various in-house platforms.
- Plan and organise employee activities for overall health and wellbeing.
- Support and implement Group-wide events on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Assist in Campus outreach, engagement and recruitment activities for internships and graduate hiring.
- Craft announcements and updates, including for periodic newsletters, to engage employees meaningfully.
- Draft letters related to secondments and global mobility arrangements.
- Assist in Workplace Safety & Health, Business Continuity Planning and other related matters.
- Participate in new initiatives / projects that the department undertakes.
- Ensure timely completion of regular and ad-hoc reports required by Management or for compliance.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Business, Human Resource and / or related discipline(s).
- Minimum of two (2) years' relevant working experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge in Singapore employment laws and practices.
- Exposure in Campus outreach, engagement and recruitment activities preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised and meticulous.
