**Responsibilities**:
Support the business functions by identifying operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.

Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data.

Work with head of departments to conduct test and experiments to validate hypotheses and to measure effectiveness of proposed improvements

Build dashboards to track performance KPIs for business functions

Presenting analytical findings to senior stakeholders

Be the point of contact between operations and analytics department to link data to business

Work with management on overall business decisions and improvements.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics or any other relevant field of studies

Minimum 3 years of working experience

Able to thrive in a startup high growth environment with ambiguity

Possess strong problem-solving skills
