**Flavor Analysis Manager**

We are looking for an experienced Flavor Analysis Manager to lead a talented team within an international flavor house. Based in Singapore, this is a permanent position that reports directly to the Director. If you have a knack for driving flavor innovation and managing a team, this role is for you

As a Flavor Analysis Manager, you will oversee the flavor analysis process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality flavor solutions for global clients. You will mentor and guide a team of analysts, pushing the boundaries of creativity and excellence in flavor science. Your leadership will directly impact the company’s success in launching market-leading products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of flavor analysts, driving best practices in flavor testing and development.
- Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to create innovative and sustainable flavor solutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in flavor analysis and team management, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in Food Science, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.

**Location**:Singapore

Pay: From $8,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
