Singapore MHA - Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) Full time

**What the role is**
- Oversee the system level governance of all HR systems, such as the maintenance cycle, security requirements and ensure that the access rights and user databases are maintained regularly and comply to prevailing government requirements Carry out HR audit on all SCDF Units and ensure the adherence to stipulated HR policies and guidelines.

**What you will be working on**
- Liaise and coordinate with the Risk Management and Audit Office on the conduct of HR audits on selected SCDF units on a monthly basis. - Compile the audit findings, engage Units, clarify and confirm the finalised report for management's update. - Engage HR system stakeholders to ensure access rights and user database are regularly reviewed and maintained accordingly to IM8 requirements. - Maintain the access rights of SCDF users in the HR and Payroll System (HRPS). - As part of officer's secondary appointment, to maintain the HR Department's logistics assets and oversight of the administration of the NSFs in the Department.

**What we are looking for**
- Good communication and writing ability - Confident and firm in principles when working with both external and internal stakeholders to achieve consensus - Good grasp of IT knowledge to plan for enhancement and manage the HR systems and to work with system engineers supporting HR systems.
