**Job Description & Requirements**:

- Handle and coordinate all recruitment related matters with internal and external parties (ie. from WP processing to workers' orientation).
- Handle and coordinate all training related matters for the work force.
- Handle and coordinate dormitory related matters (check in, check out, new and renewal of tenancy agreement).
- Handle, coordinate and lead all interview related matters.
- Handle all work pass matters including wp related claims (ie. levy waiver).
- Handle all insurance related claims (FWMI/WICA/etc).
- Handle payroll functions and ensure timely/accurate processing of payroll transactions and leave management.
- Handle payroll-related government claims (NS/ Maternity/ Paternity/ Childcare Leave) and all kinds of government grants.
- Handle all government agencies surveys.
- Ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly CPF and Tax filings (IR8A and IR21) for all employees.
- Organize and maintain HR information.
- General office administration and business support.
- May oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of staff in the department.
- Assist in setting and review HR and admin policies/procedures, company handbook and implement changes where necessary.
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or a related field.
- **3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Construction, Marine, Process and Engineering Sector **.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and benefits administration.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar human resource management software and practices.
