**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the Ant International ESG team in monitoring and reporting on the organization's progress in our ESG Sustainability Strategy, ensuring alignment with our ESG objectives.
- Support the Ant International ESG team in identifying opportunities by collaborating with partners to innovate on environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Support the Ant International ESG team in maintaining a large and high-quality network of contacts through academic and think tanks, local government agencies, businesses, and other thought leaders in the sustainability field.Support the Ant International ESG team in key sustainability-related events in Singapore and globally.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in sustainability or environmental-related fields.
- Strong understanding of sustainability (especially on environmental-related issues) trends globally. Proficient in learning and understanding sustainability standards, certifications, and awards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with individuals from various disciplines.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, maintaining a balanced sense of perspective.
- Good understanding of the policy and regulatory landscape in relation to sustainability disclosure standards and carbon accounting.
- Highly motivated self-starter and quick learner with excellent project management skills.
- Effective communication skills to convince and create mutual understanding.
- Strong project management skills with good attention to detail and solid analytical skills to “think outside the box.”
- A team player who inspires confidence in people and draws no boundaries in what she/he does.
- Impeccable degree of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
