ELEVATE is seeking an associate with experience in sustainability consulting to join our Advisory team in Hong Kong or Singapore. Specific expertise in sustainability strategy, responsible supply chains or climate solutions is preferred.

**Job overview at a glance**

We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate professional to join our team and support clients to address their most pressing sustainability challenges. This role will be client-facing and require direct engagement with clients’ Sustainability/ESG or Procurement teams.

You will work with private-sector clients, many of which are major global companies, spanning a variety of sectors, including consumer goods, retail, food/agriculture, finance, real estate and electronics. You will be part of the Asia-Pacific Advisory team and will work with, and learn from, ELEVATE experts from teams across the globe.

**Responsibilities**
- Support consultants (Sustainability strategy development, quantitative data analysis, industry benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, sustainability program implementation, human rights due diligence and other consulting project work)
- Where appropriate, communicate with clients on delivery of project work and project administration
- Support on standardisation and development of ELEVATE products
- Support consultants in the development of project reports, research reports, marketing materials, newsletter articles, and other documentation
- Occasionally assist in marketing and sales approaches for consulting services

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability or related discipline is preferred
- Strong writing skills in English and/ or Chinese
- Ability to understand and interpret quantitative data
- Detail and solutions oriented
- Takes initiative and is able to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about social and environmental topics
- High-level of professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude
