**What You’ll Do**:
Develop opportunities in carbon credits markets in Singapore and regionally, to help corporate customers achieve sustainable development goals and lower carbon footprint through different environmental attribute products. The key objective of the role is to drive maximum environmental impact through commercial solutions.
- Lead carbon markets expertise by building market and technical solutions
- Provide guidance on and technical leadership in the development of proposals on topics of corporate climate strategies, GHG accounting services and climate change mitigation solutions
- Provide high-quality consultancy advice to clients by understanding their environmental sustainability goals, analyse and structure creative and technical solutions and recommending bespoke environmental solutions in a timely manner
- Actively originate and identify sales leads, build a substantial sales pipeline, pitch to new customers and maintain relationships with customers
- Monitor developments with respect to climate change issues, perform market research and analysis, and track international compliance and country specific regulatory developments
- The list of duties and responsibilities is not comprehensive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time

**What You’ll Need**:

- Excellent knowledge of environmental certificates trading with experience in the energy and renewables industry
- Familiarity with sustainability topics including but not limited to GHG accounting and disclosure, climate change mitigation, Science Based Targets, risk assessment and TCFD, materiality assessment, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and renewable energy strategy
- Industry-relevant connections, with a network of potential clients, collaborators and other relevant stakeholders
- Demonstrable commercial skills and good business sense so as to be able to identify and seize opportunities in a challenging and competitive market environment
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in a sustainability-related field in Environmental Sciences or Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience in airline industry and Corsia standards would be beneficial
- Minimum 3 years of relevant and proven track record in environmental consultancy, project or product development
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Results-driven and strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Possess problem solving skills, teamwork and cross multiple functions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Travel may be required (once a year, conference to meet with potential clients, 2 to 4 days, e.g.Bangkok)
