About the team
E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team striving to achieve full satisfaction from customers, promoting a sustainable and risk-free sales environment, and providing the perfect purchase experience. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop. SMT is looking for a Program Manager role to be responsible for managing projects among sub-functions of the team to assure high quality, efficient delivery, with information transparency with all stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage moderation quality key projects and drive effective project implementation.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration across functions within APAC Governence & E-commerce Moderation teams, collect cross-team requirements, develop key collaboration processes and ensure processes are well guided for organizational efficiency improvement.
- Responsible for key meetings and key reports to ensure consistent quality, and the organization's internal information is transparently understood and pulled together.
- Communicate risks and recommendations to leadership with regular cadence, ensuring robust insightful decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and stakeholders to identify, evaluate and address risks, opportunities and dependencies across programs.
- Support and represent senior leadership in cross-functional engagement by creating context, consolidating alignment by proactively sharing and presenting data with the wider business.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in e-Commerce,Trust & Safety, or in a high growth environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
- Good critical and logical thinking. Able to manage different types of projects through comprehensive planning, risk identifying, problem solving and SOP establishment.
- Adaptable, fast learner and highly motivated with experience in operations and management.
- Experience in building a project from scratch to finish is preferred.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in online risk sweeping/monitoring of eCommerce platforms or with a Trust & Safety Operation background, preferably especially in a high growth environment.
- Experience or at least a good understanding of Trust & Safety Algorithms (i.e. Machine Moderation)
- Experience in planning diverse project portfolios and leading strategic initiatives.
- Adaptable, fast learner and highly motivated with experience in operations and project management.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style.
