Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in trust & safety or risk management with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or mentorship role.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver under pressure in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and operational acumen; experience using data to monitor performance and guide decisions.
  • Deep understanding of content moderation systems, enforcement tools, and risk mitigation strategies.
