**Who we are**:We are part of an international chain of 24/7 gyms, with over 2000 locations globally. We are just starting out in Singapore with eight clubs spread across the island and growing.

**Overview**:As an Assistant Club Manage / Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our gym members. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all.

**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday: 12pm to 9pm

Saturday: 9:30am to 2:30pm

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Promote gym memberships
- Be up to date with marketing campaigns
- Close membership sales

**Member Services**:

- Greet members warmly and professionally.
- Assist members with inquiries, concerns, and membership-related issues.
- Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Collect membership fees and other payments.
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about gym facilities, classes, and events.

**Facility Management**:

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Monitor gym occupancy and enforce gym policies.
- Assist with facility maintenance tasks as needed.
- Stock supplies and merchandise.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Data entry and record-keeping.
- Prepare reports and other administrative documents.
- Manage appointment scheduling and class registrations.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Previous experience in a customer service or fitness industry is preferred, but not required
