About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front-line service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide timely and effective assistance to members and guests at the front desk
- To maintain accurate records of club members and sports events support
- To work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in local sports clubs and the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of club management software
This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you may be required to work on weekends and public holidays. A rotating shift pattern is also in place, which includes early morning and evening shifts.
