Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, while ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome patients and visitors warmly, making them feel at ease
- Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and care
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately
- Explain practitioners' services and treatment options clearly
- Register new patients and update records with precision
- Manage payments (cash, credit, or insurance) and issue receipts
- Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy and welcoming
- Handle daily administrative tasks like filing and data entry
- Understand basic TCM terms and treatments (acupuncture, cupping, herbal prescriptions)
- Assist in preparing and selling prescribed herbal formulas and products
- Provide patients with clear instructions for herbal preparation and use
- Monitor and manage inventory for front-office and retail items
- Prior front desk, admin, or customer service experience
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfort with basic computer systems for scheduling and records
- Bonus: Familiarity with TCM concepts or a willingness to learn
