
Front Desk Team Member

Job Description:
To provide exceptional customer service to Club members and Guests, handling front desk duties with professionalism.
Answer phone call enquiries, bookings and perform club tours as required. Ensure a positive experience for all visitors to the Club.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 'O' level qualification with experience in the hospitality industry preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Proficiency in English language and knowledge of other languages can be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office software
Ability to commit 6 days work week and perform shift duties
