">Job Description:Our Front Desk team members are the face of our hotels, ensuring every guest feels welcome and supported from the moment they arrive. They work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences, providing seamless check-in and check-out processes, handling room assignments, and managing guest requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest check-ins and room assignments, adhering to hotel rate structures and sell/upsell strategies.
- Provide assistance with luggage, safety boxes, additional guest room keys, and transportation as needed.
- Collect payment and process credit card transactions according to accounting policies and procedures.
- Answer enquiries about hotel services, events, directions, and attractions.
- Pre-register, block reservations, and manage same-day and future bookings while following proper cancellation procedures.
- Perform night audits during midnight shifts and prepare necessary reports.
- Handle loyalty membership inquiries, including management of Bonvoy Preferred, Gold, and Platinum members.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field.
- Required language(s): English, preferable one other spoken language.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a related field.
- Required skills(s): Opera, Marriott, Hotel, Diligent, trustworthy, articulate.
