Job Title: Front Desk Team Member

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and guests, providing a warm and welcoming environment.

You will be responsible for checking in and out residents, managing their accounts, and ensuring that all their needs are met. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in handling resident queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

You will also be responsible for issuing apartment access key cards, making and confirming reservations, and assisting with the onboarding process for new employees.

In addition, you will handle and record resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers as necessary. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently will be crucial in meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to excellence will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Ensure all residents are attended to at the Front Desk
  • Issue apartment access key cards
  • Attend to and anticipate all residents' queries and needs
  • Make and confirm reservations
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
  • Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails, and calls and assist with requests
  • Handle and record resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers
  • Receive and convey messages to residents promptly
  • Handle the safekeeping of cash and residents' valuables and belongings
  • Perform related tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Entry-level candidates who have attained a ITE or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or an equivalent qualification are welcomed to apply;
  • Service-oriented;
  • Passion in learning a variety of tasks, including handling paperwork;
  • Willingness to perform shifts.
